When gma changed its format and hired all the new people I adored Josh. He was the go to guy for important things besides george staphylococcus lol. Have you tried taking melatonin? No computer 2 hours before bed? The light from computer stops your brain from making melatonin to start the sleep process. It thinks the sun is still out because of light. Take melatonin and see if it helps. If not...I would suggest no computer before bed and see if that helps! We have been studying Troll behavior for many years, and find that the main reason they act this way is because of mental health issues or psychological problems. This has been discussed in depth with psychologists and therapists, and they have come to the same conclusions: That trolls are people with serious sociological, psychological and deep-seated mental issues, stemming from either sexual abuse, mental illness, and problems with their sexual identity. "
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH A ‘TROLL’?
The best ways to deal with trolls are the following :
Ignore postings that you suspect may be from trolls.
Don't invest any of your self emotionally until you have verified beyond all doubt that the person you are dealing with is genuine Beware of off list emails that praise and flatter, or seem to evoke sympathy.
If you feel yourself beginning to like someone, ask first: how much verifiable data do I have about them?
If you do get involved in anyone, seek out verifiable data. Trolls will provide some data that will lead to dead ends; real people will provide some data that is open-ended and leads to a myriad of sources which enable you to verify their genuine status If you must respond to a troll posting, don't get involved in the argument; limit it to pointing out that the posting may be considered as trollish, for the benefit of other list members.
Put the suspected Troll on your block or banned list.
Write to the listmaster to highlight what is happening.
Write to the postmaster of the troll's domain. Keep it simple, polite and to the point (they are very busy!). Include your evidence (e.g.: offensive emails) and the full email header information, so that the troll can be properly traced.
Contact the Troll’s ISP. (This can be easily traced by using their IP Address) Note: Many Trolls may be using the computers at their works / school / college to post their abuse. If you find out where the abuse is originating, contact the IT Department of their school / college / place of employment, and give them all the information, including IP address, times when the abuse happened, email address that the abuse was sent from.
Listmasters can also make their lists restricted, and conduct a security analysis of each list application before allowing them to subscribe. This is probably easier to do in areas that have professional associations or qualifications."

Ladies I need to say what all of us are feeling. I am so tired of the kids coming here and causing problems. It would be different if they came and chatted. Stated they have a difference of opinion and moved on to something else. But no they come here to malign, belittle and cause problems. Does it matter so much to them that we believe something totally different? How is it hurting them? What are they getting out of being little asswipe trolls who no one wants to deal with? The old saying about "catching more with honey than vinegar" makes me wonder if they ever heard it. I wonder what kind of upbringing they had where they think it's okay to come where you aren't wanted and be downright rude and negative. I bet their parents or grandparents would be so disappointed in them. I know I would be in mine.

My little cousin Tish died Friday. She was 35 years old. She had a massive stroke on both sides of her brain. her funeral was yesterday. She was driving and her little boy was in the car with her when it happened. He said she just went to sleep. He was unhurt. The car ran into a ditch. She held on for a week. Then it was time to go. I wasn't going to share this. I haven't told anyone here. But I got to thinking life is too short. She was a beautiful, bright young woman who never hurt anyone. She never belittled or bullied anyone. Just a quiet soul but she had a bully for an ex and he stayed bullying her. She tried everything to keep him away from her. He just kept on and on. Just picking and picking. We don't know if the stress he put on her was the cause but I feel it contributed. Now she has three little boys left behind for her mom to raise. She's sixty and seems like she will be starting over. Enna, quitalready and tigerseye are all the same person in my eyes. They are stress and I am letting stress go. They are not worth it. You can attack me all you want and I will not respond to you anymore. You are not worth my valuable time or energy. I cry for my little cousin daily. She did not have a peaceful life because of someone else who didn't have a clue. She had to deal with an asshole who couldn't take "leave" and "no" for an answer. I don't have to deal with that. I can and will ignore your ignorant bullying belittling asses.

I hold it in and don't share but I had just comforted my older daughter and realized life is too short for crap that does not improve our lives or make it better. So when she left I decided to share with my friends here. I talk to Mama nails and Tracey all the time. They are dear sweet close friends. I didn't tell them till now. I know they, like you will be there for me. I have a lot of friends in the RL but I also think of all of you as my dear friends and I talk about you with them like I just left your house or you left mine after having tea, gin or wine or all three. I love you ladies really I do. You are all class acts with loving souls. I think God bought us all to this place for a good great reason and not just R and K. Let's get to hopping,skipping and jumping. Responding to them just gives them the attention they want. It drives them nuts when you ignore them. They are baiting you. Ignore them. First off they are not Rob and Kristen fans, but then again i know most of you have come to this conclusion by now. Multiple personalities of the same person, yes no doubt in my mind a few unsavoury and unsteady mentally 'haters' visit here with their self-righteous need to have this blog closed down or made private and why do you think that is? Simple they are not like the majority in the Rob and Kristen fandom secretly hoping or secretly suspecting or just those who are sitting back and waiting. You see a 'true Rob and Kristen fan' want them to have the happy ending, oh dear Enna to go onto the attack of accusing people or wanting the Edward and Bella happy ever after...
Since 2008 - the majority of Rob and Kristen fans were born from watching the chemistry of R and K on screen, bringing Edward and Bella to life - fact. A hardcore group of people who have since then been attacked by robsessed and krisbians (Rob fans only, Kristen fans only) or better known as nonstens as in they did not believe Rob and Kristen were together. They had a couple of idiotic people run that fandom group CandyKisses and a few of her lying through their teeth minions went around spreading lies and false crap to the tabs and anyone who would listen to them (sound familiar?) They may have changed their identities with a name change, but their MO through their posting shows pretty loud and pretty clear. As does PoopScoops agenda, she with again multiple personalities descends upon blogs such as this and mine and other Rob and Kristen blogs, because we are 'still going on and on about them being together!!!' How dare they!
Nobody in here is being disrespectful to Kristen, those who believe that are trying to misdirect their actual hate that they are together and people in here going on about them expecting is angering them beyond belief. Those who have laid claim they are just here to support Kristen and dislike (or actually not nice words to that affect) what people are saying about her in here need to get their heads out from up their asses and live in the real world. Every one of those who post in here or follow HKN are here because they 'support Rob and Kristen' and if they are being disrespectful, is that anywhere as bad as Enna constantly posting about Dylan and Rob and how Rob looks so happy now?

You know the difference between posting in hate and posting with a smidgen of common sense is that you never post in anger. HKN's dear little residents forget what they have posted in the past, as far back as last yr. I know some of them are still at school but the rule of thumb is pretty simple, if you are going to post lies, try and remember them when you run around with your badge of honour defending a woman you were so blatantly happy to throw her boyfriend around with other women.
Note to the wise you can't respect Kristen and not respect she has a right to date whom she wants and getting R out of the equation proves why you don't like the idea that Kristen is being talked about in here as carrying...dare i say it Rob's baby as you detest Rob and you are not a Rob fan.

Did you also know that when you delete posts of your own after being nasty it leaves what is known as a shadow post behind. The same can be said for HKN when she deletes posts, unless you want to completely delete them but then blogger still holds in archive deleted posts that you can contact the blogger team for a copy of?
Throwing big words about, suggesting malicious intent needs to have the common sense behind it to know what you are talking about. I've been a blogger since 2008 (earlier than RPI) and i know how the system works in retrieving data having had a message board as well. Hey some fans needed to go somewhere where they wouldn't be bullied...like they are in here.

If you don't like insults thrown at you don't throw them in the first place and if you can't take the criticism then i suggest you find a like minded people in the robsessed blog. You see ladies in here, those who dislike the very idea that Rob and Kristen are being talked about in a family way, are the same person's who don't like the idea they are still together. They throw up random shout outs like, they may or may not have been seen together since October as in the last time the paps posted them driving around LA. they can't comprehend the idea that the couple in question are not living their relationship ie Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald (a very clear PR romance) but choosing to enjoy living it the way they want to live it. Enna and co where elated the constant Rob and Dylan posts, the hints that she was out with her best friends, nudge nudge hint, hint. They don't want Kristen to be with Rob so she can't possibly be with child. Copying and pasting people's posts onto Gossip Cop...how very childish of you, but the again it's children's minds that drive half of the hate in this fandom. The disrespect comes from those who can't even respect themselves so why would they respect anyone else. Pretend they are just defenders of a celebrity when really, if you feel that way, you are more in deep about Kristen's life than you are about your own.
People have come in here to chill out, to escape from RL work and kids and everything that 'should' occupy your lives, not spend hours constantly posting biting remarks about HKN, who i believe couldn't give a rats ass if you hated her or not, you are a blip on her mind and the more you threaten someone to stop doing something, the more they are inclined to do the opposite - well the regular defenders of Kristen know that as they keep coming back!

My father-in-law was our last living parent. I ADORED him. So fun and full of life - so sweet! Fathers' Day weekend June 2012, he committed suicide. I am never going to get the true answer until I meet my maker. All we can do is pray for the strength to move forward and not get stuck in a place we cannot move on from. I lost a first cousin from cancer last week. I am too weak to attend the funeral, and called my cousin Phil, who is a retired bishop in Arkansas. He just said, Sweetheart, Caroline already knows and it is all right. Thank you for your great kindness to me , you are such a sweetie. I am proud to know you lady. I am glad Haven has so many good people who actually care about Rob and Kristen, it is nice to know that goodness exists in this world.

Vernier, I realize that we disagree about some things, but I'm not going there tonight. I just wanted to say, as one human being to another, that I am very sorry about what happened to your cousin and that her children are now left without a mother. This struck me because something similar happened to a relative of mine several years ago. She was only 19 and had a stroke during delivery. She survived, her son was alright, but she was never the same. It was heartbreaking for my family as I'm sure this has been for yours, even more so, because you've lost her and her children must now grow up without her. I can relate to that too as I lost my own mother when I was just six years old. So please know that despite our differences about a situation that honestly, doesn't really have any actual bearing on our own lives, that I am very sorry for this very real life situation that you dealing with. This is going to sound cliché (and clichés are clichés because they tend to be true), but time is the great healer. I know this from experience. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

I nearly choked.
Daily Mail: "I didn't know I was pregnant". At 7 months, she's skinnier then I am. Now DM is scummier then scum, it pretends to be a newspaper while it's just a common gossip hateful rag. The lies they tell and the mags/tabs they quote says it all so anything DM says should be taken with a pinch of salt but I still found it funny and had to tell you.

The network news here carried a recent story of a woman who delivered a healthy baby. She had no idea she was pregnant either.

Ha! Im up since 6am! And yes I've had my .30 coffee at home lol. Although I went to lawton yesterday and bought my front door and visited starbucks....TWICE! they have new yummies.
Saw the pics of rob from LAST NIGHT. Notice how short and slicked down his hair is especially around neck. If you zoom in on photo of stand in from other night you can clearly see fuller hair down to neck line. Or as me and Verni say...nappy ass wig lol. And now that we know author of Life never mentioned Rob being there the night he filmed I think its easy to come to the conclusion that was a stand in.
Why did the Twilight people put horrid wigs on the actors? Remember Bellas ridiculous wig from Eclipse? Her obvious red clip ins from Twilight? Breaking Dawn wigs were so much better but no one would save Jasper lol. Well im with Mama Nails on cant wait to see Life and see if this stand in is even in the shot with the Author. And you know ill be looking at that hair lol.
It was near 90 yesterday and back to 30 this morning with north winds and projected storms with hail...wtf? Are you ladies having similar bi-polar weather?

Yesterday morning when i left home it was bitterly cold, warmed up to 58 or so by evening ( lovely walking home) then it was down in the 40's last night and when i stepped out this morning it was 35 degrees. It's supposed to reach around 60 today and stay that way for the rest of the week.....We shall see. :)
It is 45 degrees now and breezy although the sun is out. People are still wearingj their winter coats. :)
