How many times has Rob bull shitted us with his living arrangements in the media? EVERY time. No he is not going to tell the media where he is living now or in the future. I actually didn't have to go to the site to read them. I'm a litigator with an emphasis in international law & we have a really good IT team. One of our team happens to be fans of Rob & Kristen as well & as you can imagine, we've had quite a number of conversations over the past week. He was only too happy to do a little digging.
I did debate posting those. I have no desire to see any of the Havenettes hurt by those posts. What was said was disgusting & despicable - especially with someone who has such a beautiful heart. Sometimes I think, though, that you need to even the playing field & when you have the info against gross trolls, you use it. If it stops some from 'visiting', all the better. But I do think enough examples were presented than additional ones aren't necessary.

Woke up early and read the post this a.m. I want to thank our newcomer for her wit and expertize Rhiannon is a lovely name! I honestly cannot believe this nasty person tried to insult Arleen. Arleen never gets involved with the slum of the earth, the DIPSHITIDIOTS, trolls from the DARKSIDE, as in hell, and I cannot bring myself to call them by name, but I can omit them instantly from my keyboard with a quick click on the troll name. I am really not surprised they copy and paste, they are for all intents and purposes, creepy children, who are brats playing stupid mind games which may get them big girl legal issues almost overnight. Abuse is abuse, and their hate for Rob or Kristen brings me to say this, just keep it up trolls, all your words are being collected for groups of attorneys who may eat you for breakfast with our appreciation and honor.

But then again, when faced with your own stupidity and revealing the company and environment you keep, in such a glaring and revealing manner, you see it fit to attack, while pretending to honour Arleen.
2nd; don't you dare try and even put your name against Arleen's let me tell you something, that young woman is better than any of you 'hell cats' put together. She has more integrity in her baby finger than you lot have in your entire hate filled souls, so don't even pretend to care for her feelings, because you wouldn't have reacted so explosively if you'd own your comments. You were caught out not only agreeing with what the poster in that shambolics of a site, but you didn't stop it either.

While fraud & defamation are both torts, they are completely different. The tort of defamation includes both libel & slander. In this instance, with a blog, we would be discussing online defamation (libel). Blogs are provided the same constitutional rights as other forms of media. Because HKN & Tempest's blogs are regarding Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson, they are blogs about public figures. To bring a suit of defamation regarding these blogs, either Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, or their legal representatives would have to file the suit on their behalves. Mr./Ms. Does of the public could not do so. Further, as there is no intent behind either Tempest or HKN's blogs to defame either Kristen Stewart or Robert Pattinson, aforesaid suit would be dismissed. It's also interesting to note that being a public figure requires a greater burden of proof with regards to intent.
In terms of picking on someone's profession & claiming fraudulence, one would have to look at the context. Tempest, nor I, nor other professionals in each of these blogs are treating, counseling, advising, etc, nor charging money for our services. We might make statements based on our opinions based on intellect, considerable education, & experience, but at the end of the day, posting on a blog is attributing our opinion. So, nice try to the haters again, but they clearly missed the school bus more than a few dozen times.

In terms of copying & pasting material from one blog to another, this is actually a form of source coding to associate someone's words with a source & give them appropriate credit.
As for information like physical addresses, phone numbers, etc, I would proceed with extreme caution if one were to post these. That will get you into a heap of trouble. Finding that information would also be extremely difficult for anyone not providing their real name (which most of the ladies here & at Tempest's blog, do not). At the most - with a moniker - you may find some web activity & an IP address. Depending on the web activity, you might be able to track more. If you know how to go about it & wish to put in the time. With an IP address, you would first have to ascertain if the IP address captured was a private, personal IP address or 1 affiliated with a business, network, etc. From there, you would have to know for certain if that IP address was a stationary or dynamic IP address. Further, you would need to know for certain if the individual whose IP address you were attempting to procure was using software like VYPRVPN. If so, then you would realize that a different IP address is provided every time that individual would log onto a network. Based on all of that & the previous mutterings, I highly doubt any of the individuals visiting us are 1)Older than 21 years of age (& a good deal fall below that), 2)Tech savvy enough to understand even half of what I typed above, & 3)Thus able to capture any info, let alone track anyone down.

I've always enjoyed Jimmy Fallon. Loved his troll song from the 90s. He is so good at imitations! I'm certain Kristen will have a lot of fun on his show! Have you also heard that she will be involved with a female empowerment Twilight idea? Basically she will work with Catherine Hardwick, Stephanie Meyers, Kate Winston, Emma Watson, & a few others to select 5 female filmmakers to create 5 different Twilight shorts (based on side characters or back stories of Twilight) to air next year on FB. My life is very stressful at the moment. I ned to spend more time with my hubs. We just discovered that the doctors didn't think he was going to make it through his last surgery. Explains a lot. He is doing amazing.

I truly believe everything is fine and dandy! Just wondering if anyone else has any insight on the Rob NYC sighting. You would think there would be multiple people who saw him and an airport sighting in LA or over there. Also, regarding the FKA/Sam situation, I did a little sleuthing after work and on Sams IG he posted a pic of him as child, like something hed find back at home (the UK). Maybe he went back with Twiggy. Here's to hoping.

I have no idea what the 1 is rambling about, but certain that English is not her 1st language. She seems confused about being 1 or several individuals & is further confusing Kristen with Jules, thinks HKN is Tempest or vice versa, & appears to think I am acquainted with 1 or both of them. As to threats about emails & twitter handles - several folks here are open about using twitter & several just posted email addresses to access Tempest's blog. Yawn. Since yesterday I was bleeding. I know its not what is women get every month. I started bleeding yesterday. I have called External Hemorrhoids. I called my doctor about it. And also look it up on internet too. Right now there is nothing they can do. But to keep any eye on it. If it gets worst then I will have to go to ER. Right now I am trying to do home remedy. I did rest so far. I am trying to think of something. Other than that I am ok.

andreana, They are just finding excuse to cause trouble. They did that to me and now they are doing it to Tempest. Who knows they will do it to you. Just finding a way to cause trouble. That is a form of a bullyism. Its what I see. Best thing to do is ignore them.

Well I have some sad news to impart. We found our 13 year old beagle dead today when we gat home. Looks like he had a massive stroke or heart attack. Worst part was that our other dog was there with him all day. We had to call our daughters and families and let them know. I had to take care of his body and clean up where he had died. We are going to let our vet know. I'm concerned that he may have had a seizure due to how I found him. He was having some dementia problems but we put him on a special food and he had gotten much better. We will find out.
We are going to bury him beside our dog we lost 6 years ago on Saturday. Our girls and families are coming over Saturday to help us. He was given to our oldest daughter as a little puppy. He was a sweet dog. I'm more concerned about our other dog. He has separation anxiety and I dont know how he will handle being alone. Right now we have to keep the window blinds up in the living room when we leave so he can see out.. Guess we will have to start thinking about another dog soon.
